Regarding 'Free Shipping' Items

No item featuring 'Free Shipping' (Campania International, Bella Notte Linens, Grills-etc.) can be overnighted. Many of these items are custom manufactured to order. These items ship via freight or UPS. If you need an item expedited, please contact one of our shipping experts at 1.877.780.6699 to discuss charges for after hours deliveries or special circumstances that need to be brought to our attention, and we will attempt to accommodate any request. Refusal of products that have been shipped for free will result in transportation costs to and from the shipping destination as well as a 25% restocking fee.

TGGS, LLC  Shipping Policy

During the checkout process, shipping will be calculated on all products based on live shipping rates with our partner shippers. If your product ships for 'free', then there will be no additional cost to ship the product within the continental United States. 'Free Shipping' only applies to the continental United States. If you need something shipped to Alaska or Hawaii, please call 1-877-780-6699 for a shipping quote. Products that ship free will be shipped 4-10 business days (transit time) shipped with FEDEX Home delivery and USPS SmartPost. Oversized products may ship via FEDEX Home Delivery or common carrier depending on the shipping location. TGGS, LLC  does offer faster shipping options on products that ship free, during the checkout process if your selection has expedited shipping option, you may choose those during checkout. For orders with multiple items, items may ship separately based on availability. We reserve the right to change shipping fees due to glitches in our checkout system; you will be notified of these changes in shipping costs before being charged.

TGGS, LLC  does not guarantee the delivery of any item to reach its destination for any holiday or special event unless specifically noted. To inquire about delivery within a certain time frame, call to speak to a representative. TGGS, LLC ' team will do their best to get your order delivered within a requested time frame but cannot guarantee this. TGGS, LLC  is not responsible for a delay in delivery due to the holiday closure of any shipping company. Freight shipments and custom orders cannot be expedited.

Shipping on Campania International Cast Stone Products

Campania Products are custom made to order and therefore a final sale. Many of the products are stocked in various colors and ship quickly. Large pottery and fountains may need to be put into production in your specific color which can take between 2-3 weeks. These pieces ship via a Motor Freight carrier and for the smaller products via Fedex/UPS Due to the size and custom nature of Campania International items, they are impossible to ship overnight. Henri Studios holds itself to the highest standard of hard work, quality, integrity, and fairness. Each mold for their statuary is hand-crafted by master craftsmen in a labor-intensive process that take 6 to 8 weeks and are final sale. Bella Notte Linens Made to Order Bella Notte Linens are made to order. Each order takes approximately 6-8 weeks, and because these products are handmade, they may not be returned. All Bella Notte Ships Fedex/UPS and will require a signature. Shipping on Topiaries and Indoor Foilage

All our shrubs, ground covers, flowering outdoor plants, evergreen topiaries, and indoor tropical foliage ship on Mondays for orders place Tuesday to Sunday.  This is done to make sure that plants are not being left in a truck over a weekend. All plants will be shipped using FedEx Home Delivery and tracking details will be provided.  Please open immediately, carefully removing the packing materials and water.

Ivy Topiaries Shipping

Ivy Topiaries ship within two days of ordering unless otherwise notified.  All orders placed Friday, Saturday and Sunday will ship on Tuesdays to make sure these plants do not get damages over the weekends in shipping warehouses.   The Ivy Topiaries will ship either from  North Carolina or California based on your location to these growing facilities. All Ivy Topiaries ship two days FedEx Home Delivery.  

Please open immediately, carefully removing the packing materials and lightly water.

SHIPPING VIA LTL FREIGHT TRUCK

Many of the heavier items such as those made with cast stone or the oversized items such as furniture, will ship with an LTL (less than truckload) Freight truck. This process is simple, however, there are a few points to know when receiving your order.

  • Please inform us of any special circumstances at the time you place your order. Additional services that are requested at the time of delivery will result in further delays when receiving your item.
  • The free shipping option is for all of the products. For our oversized items this service stops at your CURBSIDE. If you need us to arrange a special WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY please email orders@lifeonplum.com for a quote. Our logistics team will be happy to help make this process easy for you.
  • If there is a delay when receiving your delivery and storage fees are charged. The amount will be the responsibility of the consumer. Please communicate with us with regards to any special needs for your delivery at the time the order is placed to avoid this circumstance.
  • The delivery company will contact you to set up an appointment using the information provided on the order. Please be sure your phone number and email address are correct. Please contact us with any corrections right away to orders@lifeonplum. Failing to provide the improper contact information can result in delivery delays and possibly storage fees.
  • At the time of delivery please inspect your order. Please note on the BOL (delivery ticket) PENDING INTERNAL INSPECTION. Please note any defects on the packing and take pictures. In the rare event that your item is damaged in shipping, this information is vital in processing your claim and resolving quickly.

DAMAGED ITEMS

When you receive your order, make sure to inspect the outer package for any damages as soon as it arrives. If there are any damages upon opening your shipment, please take notes and pictures so that you can provide us with all pertinent details. 

Email the picture(s) that best represents the damage of your product and provide any helpful information in the description section. If the outside of the package was noticeably damaged, did you tell the delivery person when it arrived? Does the damage look related to shipping, or does it appear product related? Does the entire item need to be replaced or just a part? Please let us know any details that will help us to best serve you. Send all pertinent information to orders@lifeonplum.com.

Once your report has been submitted, a customer service representative will begin processing your damage report and will contact you with further details.

Life on Plum reserves the right to repair or replace damaged items at its sole discretion. Determination of what warrants a repair or a replacement is on a case by case basis. Life on Plum's trained staff has the knowledge to decide how a damaged product will be repaired based on the extent of damage, item availability and so forth. Life on Plum has the right to request pictures of the item, packaging, and any other relevant images. Failure to provide adequate images or timely notification of damage may void any repair or replacement measures.

White Glove Services

For large and heavy items, we offer three different White Glove services for an additional fee. The White Glove fee applies to all items, including those marked as 'free shipping.' Services include putting the box(es) in a specific place, unpacking the item(s) and unpacking with set-up and debris removal. Please call for a custom White Glove quote and be sure to include item(s) to be shipped, address and specific instructions.
